What is studioBAB Exchange and Return Policy?
If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request for an exchange of merchandise, free-of-charge. You can exchange within 14 days from the purchased date. Returned product must be in the original condition, together with the original box and/or packaging. Please email email@example.com with details and we will make the courier arrangement. We regret to inform that we do not do refund.
Exchanges are not restricted to the same item purchased. Customer can choose to exchange with any in-stock merchandise on studioBAB, same value or lower. Upon confirmation and arrangement with us, simply pass the dissatisfied item to the driver when they deliver the agreed replacement.
Monogrammed Bags are strictly not exchangeable and refundable. Please email us with any questions you might have on monogramming before adding to cart.
If there is any damage to the items received, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
