What forms of payment does studioBAB accept?

studioBAB accepts all major credit cards via 2Checkout and PayPal Payment Gateways. At Checkout, the 2 gateways would be presented for your selection.


How and when will I receive my studioBAB purchase?

All purchases are entitled to complimentary delivery within Singapore. No minimum purchase is required.

studioBAB uses 3 party courier services Roadbull and SingPost to deliver. It usually takes 2 - 4 days^ for orders to reach you. They type of courier service we use depends on the order value.

Orders SGD35 and above- Roadbull

    Roadbull Next Day^ Door-to-door Courier Service is used to ship orders that are SGD35 and above. On the day of delivery, a SMS will be sent to inform the delivery. RoadBull delivers from 9am to 10pm, Mondays to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Orders that require monogramming will take 1-2 more days for our monogram artist to perfect it. We seek your understanding in this matter.

    Orders SGD34.99 and below- SingPost Poly M

    studioBAB will deliver to your letterbox via SingPost Poly M (non-registered mail). There is much convenience as you will not need to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at delivery. Delivery is between 3-5 days upon placing order. This option is free-of-charge.     Alternatively, if the order is urgent, at checkout you have the option of Roadbull next day delivery^ at a $4.50 charge.


    ^ Cut-off time for order processing is 3pm of each day. Orders which reached us after 3pm will only be processed the next day.

    ^ All products on studioBAB, are on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Should there be any out-of-stock item in your order, it may take longer than the stipulated time to fulfil the order. In such case, customer service will contact to inform and make further arrangement.


    What if nobody is present to receive when studioBAB delivers?

    Orders via SingPost Poly M (below SGD35) will not face this problem as receiving is via your house's letterbox.

    For orders above SGD35, the Roadbull delivery team will make 2 more attempts to deliver. And if unsuccessful, the order will be returned to studioBAB. Our team will then call to make separate arrangement.


    To which locations does studioBAB deliver?

    studioBAB delivers to Mainland Singapore and does not deliver to restricted areas where authorised pass is needed for entry (i.e. Jurong Island and Sentosa Island).

    We also ship to the following countries via SingPost Speedpost. Delivery time is within 15 days and dependent on the destination country. Shipping cost will be calculated at cart. Otherwise, you can email us separately at for a separate quote.

    Can I track the delivery of my order?

    For orders delivered via Roadbull, you will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is processed. We regret to inform that for orders below SGD35, delivery is via SingPost and no tacking number will be provided.


    How do I change the delivery address, check order status or report missing delivery/items?

    Please email with any questions regarding your order. We will get back to you within 24 hours on a working day.


    What is studioBAB Exchange and Return Policy?

    If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request for an exchange of merchandise, free-of-charge. You can exchange within 14 days from the purchased date. Returned product must be in the original condition, together with the original box and/or packaging. Please email with details and we will make the courier arrangement. We regret to inform that we do not do refund.

    Exchanges are not restricted to the same item purchased. Customer can choose to exchange with any in-stock merchandise on studioBAB, same value or lower. Upon confirmation and arrangement with us, simply pass the dissatisfied item to the driver when they deliver the agreed replacement.

    Monogrammed Bags are strictly not exchangeable and refundable. Please email us with any questions you might have on monogramming before adding to cart.

    If there is any damage to the items received, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
